Automatic stopper washing machine applies to the pharmaceutical industry for injection, lyophilized powder for injection, oral liquid and infusion stopper. It include cleaning, silicification sterilization and drying processes.

Detail：

The machine accord to GMP specifications, automatic feeding, coarse spray wash, rinse by air impact, degassing cleaning, self-loop meticulous washing, sample testing, silicification, rinse, steam sterilization, vacuum drying, hot air drying, vacuum cooling, automatic discharge, the final completion of cleaning stopper.
Steam sterilization uses F₀ value control standards to ensure sterilization process requirements, the stopper adopt negative pressure vacuum-dried, with a high-pressure spray in the cleaning process, the spray wall systems, fine cleaning, vacuum drying sterilization, automatic reversal discharge, all program is controlled by PLC. The speed of  main arbor is adjustable. Between clean and sterile room, it has an interlock to prevent contamination.
