Adapted to a variety of granular materials crystal, powder mixing drying and cooling operations for chemical, pharmaceutical, food, beverages, seeds, slag and other industries.

Detail£º

The machine generate exciting force by the vibration motor, throws the material in a given direction. Due to the effect of exciting force, the material jump forward, while hot air under the bed entered to keep the material in a fluidized state, the material particles and hot air full contact, so as to achieve the desired effect . Material from the feed inlet goes into the machine, for the exciting force, the material thrown horizontally continuous forward motion. Hot hot air or clean hot air through the fluidized bed exchange heat with wet material, and wet air is discharged from the exhaust port, dry material is discharged from the discharge port.

Advantage£º

1. In low gas velocity, it is availability for uniform flow, thereby it can be reduced  for power consumption, fray between particles and entraining dust.

2. The residence time distribute uniformly, it is almost considered a "plug flow", and the residence time control is easy to adjust, so get the ideal moisture content.
